Join our community-focused group home as a Life Skills Coach, providing vital support to clients with diverse needs. You'll implement workshops that foster essential life skills while promoting independence. With a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience, this role involves appraising client needs and facilitating workshops in a supportive environment. Robust interpersonal abilities and a passion for client-focused service are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client’s skill strengths and development needs
- Prepare case histories and necessary reports
- Supervise group home client activities and appointments
- Implement life skills and behaviour management programs
- Collaborate with various agencies for client support Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience
- NVCI and First Aid certifications required
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Demonstrates initiative and client focus
- Capable of heavy lifting exceeding 100 lbs Help empower clients through workshops and supervision, ensuring they have the tools needed for independence.
