We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, providing insurance solutions to clients. This position is fully commission based not salary.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Conduct insurance sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate insurance terms with underwriters on behalf of clients
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest improvements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the insurance process
- Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach out to potential clients

Requirements

- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities,
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related field preferred
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Comfortable with outside sales activities

Job Types: Full time, Part-time Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
