Bar Chouette is looking for a couple driven Line Cooks to join our award winning kitchen team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station and equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Ensure timely delivery of dishes to meet service standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking supplies




- Adhere to health and safety regulations to provide a secure working environment

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling protocols within the food industry
- Excellent skills in meal preparation and food presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of serving standards and customer service principles
- Kitchen experience with various cooking techniques and equipment operation
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Passion for culinary arts and continuous learning in the food service field

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
