Join the culinary team at Naju, an authentic Korean restaurant in North York dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences. We are seeking energetic and reliable Line Cooks / Prep Cooks who take pride in high-quality food preparation, kitchen efficiency, and authentic Korean flavors.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, chop, slice, marinate, and portion ingredients according to restaurant recipes and presentation standards.
- Cook and assemble dishes quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to kitchen sanitation schedules.
- Follow all food safety standards, including temperature control, proper food handling, and safe storage practices.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely dish delivery during peak service hours.
- Assist with kitchen opening/closing checklists, restocking,



and general prep tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit). We operate strictly on payroll; cash jobs are not available.
- Experience: Previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred (experience with Korean cuisine is an asset).
- Work Ethic: Strong knife skills, basic cooking knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
- Team Player: Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and great communication skills.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts including daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
