Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to excellence in food preparation and presentation. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality meals to our guests.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling practices.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages.




- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen workplace is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
