We're looking for someone to join our culinary team as a Line Cook. Duties

- Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Follow recipes and portion controls accurately to maintain consistency across all dishes
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and garnishing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by managing multiple orders seamlessly
- Handle food safely by practicing proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or restaurant environments
- Food Safe Level 1
- A culinary or related certification is an asset
- Physically fit,



able to lift 25kg, and are able to work 8 hous on your feet
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Ability to communicate and read in English
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Available to work weekends as needed
- Ability to cook a variety of dishes with attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to learn new recipes, techniques, and improve culinary skills through training
