Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency to meet quality expectations
- Assist in food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to uphold strict food safety standards
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Follow serving protocols when plating and delivering food to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of supply needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal preparation

Requirements





- Prior food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests and supporting colleagues
- Basic familiarity with meal preparation, serving standards, and kitchen equipment is advantageous
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality in all aspects of food industry work
