Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook menu items accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and handling procedures are followed
- Support the serving team by delivering timely, quality dishes to guests
- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed




- Follow all health regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in meal preparation and working in fast-paced environments is a plus
- Strong understanding of the food industry’s best practices for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail
