Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, consistency, and safety protocols
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling practices meet health and safety regulations to prevent contamination
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support the team during busy service periods by managing multiple orders with speed and accuracy
- Follow serving guidelines to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests





Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards is highly valued
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation practices ensures compliance with health regulations
- Experience in meal preparation and food industry operations helps in understanding the fast-paced nature of the role
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail is essential
- Previous experience with serving or customer interaction is a plus but not mandatory; a positive attitude goes a long way!
