Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and speed
- Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and efficiency
- Follow food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination
- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders




- Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to promote a safe working environment

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and meal preparation techniques
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
