Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and be responsible for assisting in the preparation of delicious dishes in our kitchen.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks




- Ability to work well in a team setting

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Food service experience
- Restaurant kitchen knowledge
- Food handling expertise
- Meal preparation proficiency

Pay: $19.00-$23.50 per hour
