Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Cook dishes efficiently during busy service hours while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Support the team by serving food promptly and accurately to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work station,
including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, temperature control, and cross-contamination prevention
Experience
- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods essential for quality dish execution
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards recognized within the food industry
- Experience in meal preparation and kitchen operations beneficial for quick integration into the team
- Strong understanding of serving procedures to ensure effective delivery of orders to guests
