Love working with fire, flavor, and fresh ingredients? The Woodfire Bistro is hiring a cook to join our kitchen team!
We're an Italian bistro built around authentic Italian cooking, house-made sauces, and scratch-made everything — think hand-rolled meatballs, San Marzano tomatoes, and pizza dough hand-stretched the traditional way. Our kitchen moves fast and cares about every plate that goes out the door. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow with a team that's just as passionate about food as they are.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepping and cooking dishes to Woodfire standards -consistent, high-quality, every time
- Working the line during a fast-paced dinner service (we're open 5PM–9PM)
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and on point
- Following recipes and technique while bringing your own care and precision to the plate
What we're looking for:
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience is required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced,
high-heat environment
- A solid work ethic and genuine passion for food
- Team player with solid communication skills
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
