Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards to ensure delicious, consistent dishes.
- Manage food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing customer orders and payments.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations,



kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks during busy periods to support smooth kitchen operations.

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with food industry standards including food safety practices and sanitation protocols.
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order totaling, and change calculation.
- Excellent customer service skills with an energetic attitude that fosters positive guest interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
