LHH is currently recruiting for multiple experienced Litigation Legal Assistants for various sophisticated law firm clients in Metropolitan Grand Rapids .
We are eager to hear from candidates who have the following:
- 2+ years of experience in various areas of litigation.
- Areas of litigation focus include, but are not limited to Insurance Defense, Commercial Litigation, IP Litigation, Plaintiff focused litigation and others.
- Experience with calendaring, docketing, filings and client correspondence.
- Proficient with helping attorneys enter their billable hours, expense reports and other administrative tasks as required.
- Proficient with litigation related documents including orders, stipulations, motions etc.
- Hybrid schedule will fluctuate depending on the clients.
