Duties

- Analyze customer needs through conversation cues to identify opportunities for upselling relevant products or services.
- Assist bilingual customers by providing support in English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding on both ends.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing multiple chats simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve chat processes and customer experience strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within live chat or online support environments.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and effectively.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques that drive revenue growth while maintaining customer trust.
