St. George’s School is seeking a Boarding Associate to create a supportive, inclusive workplace for boarding students in Grades 8–12. You will live on campus, supervise evenings/weekends, and support academics and co-curricular activities while modeling holistic education and pastoral care.
The role follows an academic calendar, includes after-school coaching and weekend duties, and offers a pathway for recent grads or youth development professionals to gain hands-on educational experience.
