Live-in Resident Caretaker Wanted for Building

We are seeking one person or a couple to serve as a live-in resident caretaker for our building. This is a live-in position with housing provided. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities include:

- General property maintenance and upkeep (both inside and outside)
- Cleaning common areas (hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, etc.)
- Managing garbage and recycling collection/disposal
- Lawn care and snow removal (as needed)
- Monitoring building security and addressing tenant concerns
- Managing tenant move-ins and move-outs (conducting inspections, etc.
- Coordinating with contractors for larger repairs or maintenance issues
- Ensuring compliance with building rules and regulations
- On-call availability for emergencies

Qualifications:

- Previous caretaking or property management experience preferred




- Basic maintenance skills (handyman/woman abilities)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and emergencies
