- Lead and coach a loan administration team for optimal performance
- Identify and implement process improvements in operations

- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members through coaching Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or commerce with 3 years experience
- Alternatively, 2-year diploma with 5 years relevant experience
- Foundational knowledge in lending practices and loan administration
