We’re looking for a Locksmith Technician who enjoys hands‑on work, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our service team, you will:

Install and service door hardware and locking systems to specification

Diagnose and repair mechanical locking devices to meet client expectations

Maintain and repair safes, vaults, and high-security locking systems

Work with combination locks, including manipulation and drilling

Design and maintain master key systems (standard & high-security)

Perform cylinder pinning (common and restricted systems)

Support the installation and relocation of safes and vaults

Assist with refurbishing secure equipment

Participate in an on‑call rotation and occasional out‑of‑town work

Mechanical aptitude and a hands‑on mindset

Experience in locksmithing, safe and vault work and door hardware installation and repairs

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team





Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Comfortable using computers and mobile tools in the field

Valid driver’s license (required)

Must be willing to do and be able to explicit a criminal background check
