Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Compensation: $18–$27 per hour, based on experience

About DelGate LogisticsDelGate Logistics is a growing Canadian third-party logistics company specializing in warehousing, fulfillment, freight, and last-mile delivery. We are looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our daily transportation and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate LTL, FTL, drayage, and local deliveries.
- Request and compare carrier rates.
- Book shipments and schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
- Prepare BOLs, shipping documents, labels, and manifests.
- Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates.
- Communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Monitor delayed or missed shipments and resolve transportation issues.
- Update shipment information in our WMS, TMS, and internal tracking systems.
- Collect and upload PODs and other required documentation.
- Review carrier invoices and ensure all shipments are recorded for customer billing.
- Confirm shipment requirements such as appointments, tailgate service,



residential delivery, and special handling.
- Support the operations and customer service teams as required.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, freight forwarding, or warehousing is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple shipments at once.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Proficient with email, Microsoft Excel, and web-based logistics systems.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Knowledge of LTL, FTL, drayage, and last-mile delivery is an asset.
