Operational budgeting and resource management also form a significant part of this position, alongside a commitment to quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nurse Supervisor: Active LPN registration in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Strong knowledge of nursing practice standards and mandated nurse-to-patient ratios.

Current Basic Life

Support (BLS)/CPR-C certification. Leadership experience in nursing supervision or charge nurse roles preferred. The ideal Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nurse Supervisor possesses excellent conflict resolution skills, strong mentoring abilities, and proven crisis management acumen, ensuring smooth and safe unit operations.
