Cove Properties is looking to expand our sales team with a passionate and energetic individual who will provide our homebuyers with a high level of sales and customer service.

This individual would be responsible for greeting and engaging prospective buyers in our furnished show suites or custom-built sales centers.

From there you would be involved in all aspects of the sales process to design selections and possession.

Our ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills





· Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through

· Knowledge of Current Industry Mortgage Rates and Real Estate Contracts

· Experience in building construction is an asset

· General computer systems knowledge (Knowledge of Hubspot CRM would be an asset)

· Minimum 1 Year of Relevant Sales Experience

· Weekend work will be required
