We are planning significant growth over the next few years, with investments in new industrial production lines, automation, and premium ready-to-eat product lines.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Machine Operator and Food Processing and Packing Specialist to join our vibrant food manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery used in food processing, ensuring products are packaged accurately and efficiently, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Your enthusiasm and mechanical aptitude will help drive our production line forward, delivering quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities

- Operate various food processing machinery with precision, adhering to safety protocols and production schedules
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure smooth operation throughout the shift
- Perform packaging tasks, including sealing, labeling, and stacking finished products for shipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas to comply with food safety regulations
- Use basic math skills to measure ingredients,



check weights, and verify quantities during processing
- Operate pallet jacks safely to move raw materials, finished goods, or packaging supplies within the facility
- Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures to ensure product integrity and compliance with industry standards

Experience

- Previous experience in food manufacturing or processing environments is essential
- Basking experience is an advantage
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating industrial machinery is a strong plus
- Familiarity with packaging processes within the food industry is advantageous
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality checks
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations such as HACCP or GMP is desirable
- Ability to operate a pallet jack safely; forklift certification is a plus but not required initially
- Robust attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
