Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machinist, where your expertise in precision machining and mechanical craftsmanship will drive the production of high-quality components. In this vital role, you will operate and program CNC machines, interpret detailed blueprints, and utilize your solid mechanical knowledge to produce parts that meet strict specifications. Duties

- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines and CNC lathes, ensuring precise execution of machining operations
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models using SolidWorks and other CAD software
- Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls or similar systems to produce accurate parts efficiently
- Use hand tools, calipers, power tools, and welding equipment to perform machining, assembly, and finishing tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of parts with precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards; operate forklifts when necessary for material handling




- Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying process improvements and reducing waste in machining workflows
- We have a wide array of non machining production, so amply opportunity to learn, 3D printing, polyurethane casting, Welding, Assembly, 3D design.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Machinist or CNC operator within a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency in CNC programming, especially with Fanuc controls or similar systems
- Knowledge of Siemens control a bonus
- Skilled in using Fusion 360 or CAD software for CNC programming
- Familiarity with machining tools including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, hand tools, calipers, and welding equipment
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tolerances and specifications
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices such as lean manufacturing principles and assembly processes
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not required
