Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Attendant performs all tasks related to the upkeep and repair of the hotel's facilities. They contribute to guest comfort and satisfaction through the quality of their work and proactive approach.

Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to identify potential issues and prioritize maintenance and repair tasks.

Notify the team leader of any significant problems requiring intervention and propose an action plan.

Respond promptly and follow up on maintenance requests from guests and other departments.

Carry out necessary repairs efficiently and timely to minimize negative impacts on guests.

Take necessary measures to address repairs that cannot be completed by the technician.





Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to the schedule established by hotel management.

Follow established health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications: Relevant training in building maintenance.

Minimum of two years of experience in building maintenance.

Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.

Attention to detail and precision.

Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Proactive problem-solving skills.

Valuable communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
