Revelstoke Property Services is looking for an experienced maintenance supervisor, interested in working within a fast-growing property management company.

It is essential that the applicant possesses knowledge of the basic workings of general household systems i.e. plumbing, electrical, house construction etc.

As maintenance supervisor/carpenter personnel your primary responsibilities are:

-Lead a high performing team, provide constructive feedback and training in the field

-Create and assign work orders ensuring all jobs are completed fully with detailed updates to share with our owners

-Perform inspections on properties including suggestions of work to be carried out as preventative maintenance

- Perform general maintenance and repairs including:

- Excellent carpentry skills

- Patching drywall

- Painting

- Caulking

- General plumbing issues

- Other common household repairs

- Shoveling snow (when necessary)

- Basic landscaping
- Inspecting, assessing and addressing tenant maintenance requests

- Posting notices to properties




- Working with office and other maintenance staff on larger maintenance projects
- On-site tenant and owner communication
- Work on small to medium renovation projects for our clients (mainly inside winter work)
