Muskoka Woods is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Maintenance Staff, responsible for maintaining accommodations and communal areas. This role requires a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Candidates should enjoy physical labor and be ready to support various tasks that contribute to life-changing experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep and maintain cleanliness throughout facilities
- Handle snow removal and assist in winter tasks
- Move equipment and firewood as needed
- Take part in training meetings and staff events
- Perform regular upkeep and lawn care tasks
Requirements
- Must have a customer service-oriented approach
- Provide your own steel-toed shoes for safety
- Capable of lifting and moving items weighing 10-30 lbs
- Adaptable with early morning shifts
- Preferred valid driver’s license
