NomadHomes Inc. has an immediate opening for a highly motivated individual to perform all aspects of physical operations and maintenance. The successful applicant will carry out maintenance protocols and procedures, including:

- Review and efficiently respond to tenant and owner maintenance requests
- Visit properties to evaluate and repair maintenance issues
- Prepares estimates of labour and material costs, contacts external contractors and tradespeople to obtain quotes and arranges for major repairs and maintenance work
- Coordinate third party contractors for larger repairs and monitor work progress and quality
- Contribute to formal protocols and procedures documentation, report and track all maintenance concerns in our software platform
- Prepare rental units for tenant move-in (touch-up painting, waste disposal, minor repairs, as needed).
- Perform occasional lawn care, waste disposal, light construction, and other miscellaneous maintenance
- Conduct and log routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform emergency response and on-call duty, as required (with time in lieu)
- Requirements:




- Experience in property maintenance, construction, repair work, or equivalent
- Full G drivers license with clean driving record
- Can lift up to 40 lbs

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
