We are a rapidly growing CPA firm located in Burnaby with 5 partners. We provide a range of high quality, personalized accounting and taxation services to small and medium sized businesses and individuals across Canada.

We are looking for new and experienced managers.

Requirements

- Qualified CPA with a minimum 4 years of recent public practice experience
- Skilled in assurance and compilation engagements
- Skilled in the preparation of financial statements for assurance engagements
- Experience with preparing and reviewing tax returns for both personal and corporate clients along with related tax planning for owner-managed businesses
- Aptitude for improving internal systems and processes
- Strong team leadership skills with aptitude for training and developing staff

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple engagements and associates
- Develop and maintain all aspects of client services
- Manages assurance,



accounting, and tax engagements
- Manages aspects of production and client billing
- Actively lead and develop work teams to successfully meet and exceed a varying range of client needs and expectations
- Support and participate in firm wide initiatives
- Promotes the firm’s Quality Control Standards

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
