In today’s environment, interpreting and responding to complex data is critical — and they look to us for trusted advice and services. As a Manager in our Core Audit practice, you will leverage your professional skills and experience to lead complex audit engagements across diverse industries. Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Oversee fieldwork, monitor engagement status, and manage team performance. Adapt audit approaches to evolving client environments and regulatory changes. Apply advanced accounting and auditing concepts to complex client situations.

Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews. Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance audit quality and efficiency. Strong leadership and project management skills.

Deep understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and auditing standards. Proficiency in audit tools and emerging technologies. CPA designation (or progress toward completion). Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in audit or assurance within a public accounting firm.

Proven experience managing teams and complex engagements. Bilingualism in French and English (for roles in bilingual regions).

Experience with data analytics and ERP systems. Government of Canada Security Clearance is an asset.
