In the role of Manager, Finance – TFC, you will provide strategic financial leadership for Toronto FC, Toronto FC II, TFC Academy, and BMO Training Grounds. With dual function responsibilities for TFC’s Accounting and FP&A;,



you will drive month‑end close, financial planning, reporting, business partnering, and operational decision support while serving as a key liaison between MLSE Finance and Major League Soccer Finance.

Lead monthly financial reviews and present variance analyses, key insights, risks, and opportunities to department leaders. Partner closely with Front Office to assist with player compensation analyses and reconciliations Lead cash management, disbursement and reconciliation of travel petty cash Own and oversee MLS’s yearly financial reporting (including current shift in season schedule) ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely submission Lead TFC’s and TFC II’s home game reporting & stadium settlements Assist with league audit requirements of ticketing submissions MLSE Finance Execute month/quarter/year‑end close activities for TFC and TFC II reporting units, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, P&L; dashboards, and variance analyses Ensure alignment across MLSE fiscal reporting, Rogers reporting requirements, and MLS/MLS Next Pro international season reporting frameworks.
