- Develop strategic Total Rewards aligned with HR
- Design compensation structures and manage incentive programs
- Collaborate on employee benefits selection and administration
- Ensure proper administration of retirement plans

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
- 5+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Certification: CCP or CEBS is a plus
