In this essential role, you will align FATCA/CRS compliance efforts with RBC’s regulatory framework, spearheading policy management and regulatory change tracking. Your leadership will ensure effective training and communication strategies, promoting a thorough understanding of compliance among stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for fostering cooperative relationships that drive compliance success. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the enterprise FATCA/CRS compliance program
- Maintain regulatory inventory and manage updates
- Develop and implement effective training strategies

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in FATCA/CRS compliance
- University degree in business, tax, or CPA designation
