Elevate the Brain Tumour Foundation's community presence as the Manager of National Events & Engagement Strategy. This full-time hybrid role blends leadership, event management, and community outreach. You will be responsible for planning and executing national fundraising events, including the Walk program, while mentoring a dedicated team member.
Focus on developing recent community initiatives, enhancing operational processes, and collaborating with volunteers to fulfill the Foundation's mission. Your leadership will play a crucial role in amplifying the Foundation's impact and fundraising outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics for 21 annual Walk initiatives
- Drive 35-50 community fundraising events across Canada
- Prepare and oversee revenue and expense budgets
- Support financial accountability and event reporting
- Cultivate partnerships with national volunteers Requirements:
- 7-10 years of event planning and management
- Strong budgeting and project management skills
- Proven success in national event coordination
- Experience in nonprofit environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Guide national engagement and logistical success in impactful events that support the Brain Tumour Foundation's mission.
