Operations is looking for a agile, influential, and results-driven leader to be the next Manager, Risk Policy. You will lead the ongoing implementation of the Risk Scorecard and measuring performance of the predictive model. You will play a key role in the continued development of our scorecard model, measuring performance of key variables, influencing stakeholders, and driving initiatives to reduce bad debt across the early involuntary churn portfolio.
Creating presentations and to drive changes to leadership and cross functional BUs A post-secondary degree in a field directly related to job responsibilities (Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, etc) Minimum 5 or more years experience in credit and collections Knowledge of Modeling and risk strategy software (Siemens KnowledgeSeeker, Strategy Design Studio), Coding for SQL or python required for data analysis Knowledge of bureau data for modeling and review We believe in investing in our people and helping them reach their potential as valuable members of our team.
