Marketing is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our dynamic manufacturing setting with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven solutions. You will manage ERP systems and BOMs while collaborating with teams to facilitate product launches and enhance efficiency. Your innovative approach will contribute significantly to our operational strategy. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and define Item Masters, BOMs, and routings
- Support change management during product launches
- Conduct labor and cost analysis to optimize production




- Implement automation strategies and data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering or related
- Experience in discrete or contract manufacturing
- Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP or Epicor
- Solid foundations in continuous improvement methodologies
