The Manufacturing Plant

Controller will play an essential role in managing financial performance, ensuring compliance, and driving operational improvements. You'll be involved in financial oversight during physical inventory counts and work collaboratively with plant leadership to meet corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze manufacturing variances for financial insights
- Aid in achieving budgeted productivity savings
- Coordinate departmental and plant budgeting
- Ensure compliance in financial reporting and audits
- Maintain accurate transaction records Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
- At least 5 years of plant accounting experience
- Proficiency in cost accounting and variance analysis
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel
