Duties

- Safely move boats, equipment, and supplies within the marina yard using appropriate tools and techniques
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and organize inventory efficiently
- Deliver boats, parts, and supplies to designated locations with precision and professionalism
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks to handle large or bulky items, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain explicit communication with team members, clients, and vendors to coordinate deliveries and yard activities
- Conduct routine inspections of yard equipment, vessels, and storage areas to uphold safety standards




- Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory, tracking shipments, and completing necessary documentation

Qualifications

- Proven experience in moving heavy objects safely and efficiently in a warehouse or marina setting
- Valid commercial license
- Valid Boating license
- Forklift certification or experience operating forklift machinery is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining proper safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills for clear coordination within the team and with external partners
- Prior warehouse or marina experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $18.80-$26.06 per hour
