Responsibilities

Sales and Client Engagement

- Conduct Cold Calls to generate new leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Coordinate lot draws and assist clients with selections and upgrades.
- Upsell additional features and finishes to enhance project value.
- Maintain solid relationships with clients, realtors, and industry partners
- Provide sales literature and promotional materials to prospective buyers.
- Ensure signage is presentable, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.

Marketing & Digital Presence

- Manage company social media accounts to promote listings, showhomes, and events.
- Create content for social media accounts using Adobe tools.
- Oversee website content updates, ensuring accurate and engaging information.
- Use Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and campaign performance.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to support sales goals.




- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with construction timelines and offerings.

Showhome & Presentation

- Oversee the presentation and upkeep of showhomes to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure showhomes reflect current offerings.
- Organize and support open houses, community events, and promotional tours.

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Collaborate with construction, design, and project management teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related Field
- Experience in residentialo construction sales, marketing, or real estate.
- Solid understanding of construction process and local market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, social media platforms, website CMS, and Google Analytics.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites and client meetings.
