About the Role

We are looking for an organized, outgoing Marketing Assistant to support our firm’s marketing, community outreach, events, and relationship-building activities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating details, and representing a professional organization in the community.

What You’ll Do

· Assist with planning and coordinating marketing events and community activities.

· Represent the firm at events and help with event setup, materials, and guest engagement.

· Support outreach to local businesses, organizations, and professional contacts.

· Coordinate promotional materials, giveaways, and other marketing supplies.

· Help maintain relationships with community and business contacts through regular follow-up.

· Keep marketing activities, schedules, contacts, and supplies organized.

· Provide general support for marketing and business development projects as needed.

Performance Expectations

· Represent Grover Law Firm professionally, courteously, and consistently at all times.

· Exercise good judgment when communicating externally and stay within approved Firm messaging.

· Plan ahead, meet event and delivery deadlines,



and keep marketing materials and supplies organized and ready for use.

· Maintain appropriate confidentiality and discretion when dealing with Firm information, clients, business contacts, and professional relationships.

Role Profile

· Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple events, visits, and deadlines.

· Professional and confident interpersonal communication skills for in-person outreach and community events.

· Comfort attending events, approaching new contacts, and representing the Firm in public-facing settings.

· Ability to work independently in the field while keeping management informed of activities, issues, and follow-up requirements.

· Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation may be required due to regular local visits, deliveries, and event attendance.
