Position Summary

We are looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our company's marketing activities with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase customer awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaigns Develop

- Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar.
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions and campaigns.
- Develop campaigns around new products, services, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate community events, workshops, and local partnerships.
- Research competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.

Social Media & Content

- Create a variety of social media posts each week.
- Create engaging videos/reels that showcase our products and brand.
- Photograph and create content featuring products, staff, events, and photography tips.
- Respond to comments and messages.
- Monitor engagement and grow our social media presence.

Website Management

- Manage and update website content, products, promotions and images.
- Keep the website current, accurate and engaging for customers.
- Help improve the online customer experience and support sales.

Digital Marketing

- Manage and improve our Google Business Profile.
- Encourage and monitor Google reviews.
- Improve local SEO and search visibility.
- Monitor website traffic and marketing analytics.




- Keep website marketing content accurate and up to date.

Email Marketing

- Create monthly newsletters and promotional emails.
- Grow and maintain our customer email list.
- Develop customer follow-up and promotional campaigns.
- Track results and improve campaigns based on performance.

Graphic Design & Advertising

- Create flyers, posters, signage, brochures, digital ads, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate advertising with local media and other vendors.
- Maintain consistent company branding.

Qualifications

- Marketing, communications, or related experience.
- Strong photography, video, writing, and graphic design skills.
- Knowledge of social media, email marketing, SEO, and Google Business Profile.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience or interest in photography is an asset.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
