Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Strategist, the Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across the Western Region. Working closely with regional marketing team members, dealership teams, OEM partners, and external vendors, this position helps deliver campaigns that support brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, retention, and sales objectives.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating campaign requirements, gathering information and approvals, maintaining project timelines, supporting reporting, and ensuring marketing materials meet Dilawri and OEM brand standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative,
and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
The expected salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across sales, service, parts, and corporate initiatives.
- Coordinate with dealership teams to gather campaign details, offers, creative assets, approvals, and other required information.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, timelines, and approval workflows to help ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, offer details, brand consistency, and OEM compliance.
- Support the development, scheduling, and publishing of approved social media content.
- Assist with email, SMS, website, and other digital marketing updates as required.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and help compile campaign performance results, insights, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, printers, content providers, and other external vendors.
- Support event planning, dealership activations, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, budget tracking, and co-op documentation where required.
- Organize marketing files, creative assets,
campaign documentation, and final approvals.
- Provide administrative and marketing support to the Western Region based on business priorities.
Qualifications Required
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of marketing, communications, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, campaign reporting, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work collaboratively with dealership teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Experience with social media management, project-management, website, CRM, or analytics platforms is an asset.
- Automotive retail or dealership marketing experience is an asset.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
