Position: Marketing Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

JSF Technologies is hiring a full time, in-house Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of our marketing program. This role includes managing our website, marketing content, social media, email, digital advertising support, and design. You'll be the primary point of contact for keeping our brand's digital presence, campaigns, and sales materials current, on-brand, and performing well.

This is a hands-on, generalist role suited to someone comfortable moving between writing, design, basic web updates, and campaign support in the same week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website & SEO

- Manage day-to-day website updates, including product pages, landing pages, and case study builds.
- Support website structure, navigation, and mobile/responsive improvements.
- Handle on-page SEO: metadata, page titles, descriptions, and content structure.
- Monitor keyword rankings and search performance, and recommend improvements.
- Review Google Analytics and tracking data to inform content and website decisions.

Content & Copywriting

- Write and edit blog posts, website copy, product copy, and sales messaging.
- Develop case studies for the website, sales presentations, and outreach.
- Write social captions, ad copy, and email copy.
- Ensure all content is technically accurate, on-brand, and optimized for search.

Social Media

- Plan and maintain a content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Design social graphics and create, schedule, and post content.
- Support coverage of product announcements, trade shows, and industry content.

Email Marketing

- Write and design monthly newsletters and e-blasts.
- Draft product announcement and campaign-specific emails.
- Manage subject lines, preview text, calls-to-action, and campaign messaging.

Digital Advertising Support

- Support setup, monitoring,



and optimization of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Write ad copy and coordinate supporting creative assets.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reporting.

Design & Sales Collateral

- Produce marketing, website, social, and advertising graphics.
- Maintain visual brand consistency across all channels.
- Update and amend product collateral — spec sheets, brochures, manuals and sales materials — in Adobe InDesign.

Strategy & Reporting

- Help prioritize monthly marketing initiatives and track progress against them.
- Provide regular reporting and performance recommendations to leadership.
- Coordinate internally on upcoming launches, trade shows, and deadlines that affect marketing priorities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Fluency in Adobe InDesign — required, for editing and amending product collateral.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required).
- Strong writing and editing skills across web copy, blog content, ad copy, and email.
- Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Comfortable making content updates in a website CMS (e.g., Wix or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and leadership.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience in B2B or technology marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- 2+ years of prior in-house or agency marketing experience.
