Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator in Vancouver to help bring campaigns, promotions, events, and content together. You’ll have a role in both the planning and the execution, with plenty of variety in your day.

Where you’ll make an impact

- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and ongoing projects
- Help plan and organize events, activations, and promotional activities
- Prepare and schedule content for social media, email, and other channels
- Work with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving
- Research customer preferences, competitors, and current marketing trends
- Assist with marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
- Keep campaign timelines, tasks, and deliverables organized
- Track basic campaign results and help identify what is working
- Step in wherever needed to keep marketing projects running smoothly
