Il s'appuie pour cela sur des interactions directes avec les clients, les retours du terrain, les données ainsi que des outils d'analytique avancée pour orienter la prise de décision.

Éducation, Expérience et Compétences Requises

Esprit stratégique et critique, capacité d'analyse, de développement et de suivi des plans d'affaires.

Connaissance des processus de marketing pharmaceutique.

Persévérance et capacité d'influencer et de travailler avec succès avec des publics/partenaires varié.e, fortes compétences analytiques et réflexion axée sur les données.

Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe. Santé de la femme, hormonothérapie de la ménopause et gestion de la perte d'exclusivité).

Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience requise en marketing pharmaceutique.

Langue: Bilingue de préférence (anglais et français), car il/elle interagira avec les client.Poste à temps plein. Reporting to the Executive Director,



Women's Health & Established Brands, the Brand Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Strategic/Tactical plans that are clear and actionable and will create a competitive advantage and drive the differentiation and uptake of our Menopause Portfolio including future launches and/or Business Development opportunities.

Medical Affairs, Market Access, Policy, Regulatory, Field Sales, Communication, etc.) To create plans aligned with customers' needs, the Brand Manager must remain current with customer insights, competition, and marketplace activities, utilizing direct customer interaction, field insights, data and advanced analytics tools to drive decisions.

Incorporate insights into planning and execution to develop tailored and agile engagement strategies at segment/individual level to provide customers with a seamless experience.

Build and maintain close liaison with scientific leaders, internal/external stakeholders and product manufacturers.

Continuously assess performance by defining strong goals, Key Performance Indicators and metrics.

Operate in a manner that is fully consistent with our company's commitment to its Code of Conduct, our values, standards, policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

Exhibit strong skills in identifying unmet and evolving needs of customers and is sought out to provide perspective on future customer needs.

A track record of managing complexity/multiple projects and successfully implementing strategies.





Knowledge of the pharmaceutical Marketing processes.

Results-driven, perseverant, and strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Master's degree is an asset.

Broad pharmaceutical industry experience related to the position (i.e. Women's Health, Menopause Hormone Therapy (navigating loss of exclusivity).

Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience required.

Project management experience is an asset.

Language: Bilingualism preferred (EN & FR) as candidate will interact with customers and employees across Canada as the Brand lead.

Position is full-time. Limited travel requirements across Canada (10%).
