Marketing Intern

- 4 month term: September to December 31, 2026 -

As a member of our Client’s agile Marketing Team, you will:

- Support the Marketing team with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, projects and day-to-day activities.

- Update marketing materials

, documents and other creative assets using Adobe Creative Cloud.

- Assist with content development and coordination for digital and traditional marketing channels.

- Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to help keep projects, deliverables and timelines on track.

- Organize and maintain marketing files, template, contact lists, and other department resources.

- Assist with proofreading and quality assurance of marketing materials.

- Provide general administrative and project support to the Marketing team.

Requirements





- Currently enrolled in, or recently completed a Marketing, Communications, Business or related program, or equivalent experience.

- Experience with social medial, digital marketing or content creation would be considered an asset.

- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe InDesign, would be considered and asset.

- Open positive personality, collaborates well with others and has excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Term: Ideally September 1 to December 31, 2026

Hours of work: Flexible, Monday-Friday 8 hours per day (8:00-4:30 or 8:30-5:00)
