Here's what nobody films: a plant manager closing the month in two days instead of nine. A production line that finally knows what inventory it has. The exact moment somebody realizes they never have to open that spreadsheet again.

We're Kodershop. We implement Odoo ERP for manufacturers across Canada and the US. Our clients make cartons, furniture, food, plastics — beautiful, physical, loud, underphotographed places. Nobody is telling these stories. You'd be the first.

This is a hands-on job that grows into leading the function. If you want to manage from a distance, this isn't it. If you want to build something and then build a team around it, keep reading.

What you'd own:

→ YouTube. Our main play. Real footage from real plants, workflow teardowns, honest explainers. Not screen-share webinars with a stock music bed.

→ Instagram and Facebook. Cut from the same material. Manufacturing is visual — sparks, presses, pallets, hands. Somebody should be treating it that way.

→ LinkedIn — the company's and mine. Where our buyers actually live.

→ Events. Trade shows, but more compelling than that:

small local dinners and plant tours where a dozen operations people can actually talk, plus webinars when we want reach. You'd own the guest list, the room, and the follow-up almost nobody bothers with.

→ Message testing. What makes an operations director stop scrolling. Prove it, don't assume it.

→ Paid ads — around month six. Ads amplify a message. First we earn one.

You'd find your own material: sit in on demos, mine call recordings, interview our consultants, interview me. I want to be involved without being your bottleneck. You'd run it all inside Odoo — we sell the product, we should live in it.

Don't apply if: you need a brief before you create anything · your reel is all logo animations and stock footage · you've never shot anything yourself · you think a factory is an unglamorous subject · you'd rather build a plan than build a thing

Do apply if: you can find the shot in an ugly room, you'd rather ship twelve rough things this quarter than one polished thing next quarter, and you want the whole function eventually.
