We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Masonry Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting skilled masons on a variety of residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities

- Assist with setting up scaffolding and maintaining a clean, safe work area
- Mix mortar to required specifications
- Supply masons with tools, materials, and support as needed
- Perform grouting and jointing using various tools and techniques
- Operate masonry equipment such as wet saws, grinders, and drills
- Follow all site safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

- Previous construction experience is considered an asset




- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation to our shop
