About Matte Haus Pilates

Matte Haus Pilates is a new Pilates studio opening September 2026. MHP is built on the belief that Pilates is for EVERY body. We’re creating a welcoming, elevated space where movement, strength, and community come together.

We’re looking for passionate Mat Pilates and Sculpt instructors to join our founding team and help create an exceptional client experience from day one.

What You’ll Do

- Lead safe, engaging, and thoughtfully programmed Mat Pilates and/or Sculpt classes.
- Provide modifications and progressions for varying experience and fitness levels.
- Deliver clear, confident cueing with an emphasis on form and intentional movement.
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and motivating class environment.
- Arrive prepared, organized, and on time.
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming studio.

Mat Pilates Instructors

- Certified Mat Pilates Instructor.
- Strong foundation in classical Pilates and the traditional mat repertoire.
- Comfortable incorporating contemporary Pilates, creative sequencing, props, and variations.
- Confident teaching different experience levels while maintaining Pilates principles and proper form.

Sculpt Instructors

- Certified in group fitness, strength, Pilates, barre, or a related discipline.
- Comfortable programming strength and low-impact conditioning using dumbbells,



resistance bands, ankle weights, sliders, and other props.
- Comfortable teaching in a heated studio environment.
- Energetic and motivating, with a strong focus on form, safety, and intentional movement.

What We’re Looking For

- Certification relevant to the class format you’ll be teaching.
- First Aid + CPR certified (or willing to obtain before starting).
- Excellent cueing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, qualified, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable teaching varying ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.

Bonus Qualifications

- Certifications across multiple fitness disciplines.
- Experience teaching heated classes.
- Social media, content creation, or community-building experience.

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
